UFB Handover Hardware Replacement from 2023-03-30 00:00 NZDT to 2023-03-30 03:00 NZDT

Planned work will be undertaken on the morning of the 30/03/2023 to replace a core network device, there is an expected downtime for UFB services during this planned work.

The planned work has a 3 hour work window and within that window there is expected to be 2x switching breaks which will cause a 5 minute outage each.

Most subscribers should re-connect once the work is complete but it is recommended to perform a router reboot if there is no service after this work has completed.
