Planned work upstream that will briefly impact services on our Chorus Christchurch handover during this maintenance window. Services on this handover could experience downtime for up to 1 hour. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.
[Reschedule Time] During this maintenance window, upstream engineers will be performing essential work on voice and network infrastructure. As a result, there is a risk of up to 2 x 15 minutes of interruption to voice calling services. Calls will be re-routed where possible to avoid interruption.
If you encounter any issues with voice calls outside of this maintenance window, please report them through the usual support channels.
