Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Voice Outage

This is a retroactive notification to inform customers of a Microsoft Teams Direct Routing calling issue which has now been resolved.

Due to a logic misconfiguration Direct Routing calling was unavailable during the outage window. We apologise for this disruption and we expect no further issues.
