Call forward failures

We can confirm this was only impacting a small number of call forwards that originated from a specific provider. The cause of the problem has been resolved and engineers are working with upstream to make sure no further issues of this nature occur.

This morning we’ve had some reports of failed call forwards. The issue was identified as a routing issue upstream that was linked to some maintenance work implemented overnight. This was impacting a small number of forwarded calls. Engineers have identifed the issue and have resolved the problem with an emergency change.
