Palmerston North - UFB Interruption

During this 10 minute window we observed a drop in UFB Broadband subscribers connecting in the Palmerston North region. We have not seen any network issues that would have caused this and engineers have logged a case upstream to identify the root cause. Services recovered automatically and should be working as normal. Retroactive post.
