Broadband - UFB Rotorua

The upstream carrier has performed the emergency card replacement. Services are stable, incident is now closed.

A spare has been sourced and is in route to site. The existing card that has experienced issues will be replaced once the spare is delivered. ETA is around 1800-1900.

The handover has been stable since the last drop this morning however, replacing the card will mitigate any further issues. There will be some downtime on services linked to this handover while the card is swapped out. The case will be left open until confirmation that the card has been replaced.

The incident happened again. This is impacting UFB connections in the Rotorua region. Upstream engineers are sourcing a replacement card mitigate the issue from happening again. For now we can see services have recovered but there is risk of services dropping again until the replacement is sourced and installed. We will keep this incident open until the replacement card has been installed.
