Broadband Issues

2degrees are reporting all healthy now and we don’t expect any more blips on the broadband handovers. We will close this of now, thanks for your patience.

We not seeing any HOLs having issues currently. We are continuing to monitor closely and work with upstream to prevent any occurrence.

We’ve seen another drop on some broadband handovers, working with 2d on fixing.

Broadband has recovered. Not seeing any further traffic issues on HOL’s engineers are still working with upstream on root cause. Please reach out to support if any further issues with broadband are reported.

We’re seeing issues with some broadband handovers across the country. This appears to be a fault upstream possibly related to the other issue but we have created a seperate incident. Working with upstream, we will post when we have further updates.
