Upstream engineering teams have confirmed full restoration for all regions. We’re now placing this incident under monitoring. Please reach out to support if you have any further issues.

Upstream engineers have confirmed the majority of services across impacted regions have recovered however, complete service restoration is not fully confirmed yet. We will continue to update as we receive.

Continued restoration efforts with the highest priority upstream. No ETR on the fix yet, we will continue to post updates as they come through.

There is a known upstream issue with RCG sites in the South Island, this is impacting mobile coverage to RCG sites. Mobile services using RCG towers maybe be experiencing issues while this outage is ongoing. Emergency response teams are engaged and are working on the issue to resolve.
