Voice Maintenance - Database Migration from 2026-10-07 02:00 NZDT to 2026-10-07 06:00 NZDT

The previous voice database maintenance was rolled back due to issues identified during the change. We will be reattempting the maintenance, and voice services are expected to be impacted between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM while the work is carried out during this change window.

Details:

Our voice databases will be migrated to new physical infrastructure. To ensure data integrity throughout the migration, the databases will be taken offline while the work is performed. The maintenance window is expected to last up to two hours. During this time, voice services and some web portal functionality will be unavailable or experience service disruption.
