Legacy to Lyra Voice Migration from 2026-10-13 05:00 NZDT to 2026-10-13 06:00 NZDT
Updates
As outlined in our previous communications, the staged migration from our Legacy Voice Platform to Lyra is about to kick off.
This is a gradual migration affecting customers currently registered to sip.2talk.co.nz. No changes to your SIP proxy or device configuration are required, as customers are being migrated behind the scenes through platform routing changes.
From Monday 12th of October we will be disabling the Opt-In migrations.
On Tuesday 13 October, 5:00am we will be moving a portion of customers to Lyra.
This migration will be carried out progressively, with services moving across as devices naturally re-register. No device configuration changes are expected to be required unless you have already received communications regarding compatibility concerns, such as the use of older unsupported TLS versions.
While we do not expect any service disruption, all changes carry some risk of unforeseen issues. If you experience any registration, inbound calling, or outbound calling problems following the change, please contact Support and provide:
- Account details
- Affected number(s)
- Call examples (including time and A party and B party)
- Source Public IP address
This information will help us investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to enhance our voice platform.
We will post further change notices as we continue to migrate users until the project is completed.
