Legacy to Lyra Voice Migration from 2026-11-04 05:00 NZDT to 2026-11-04 06:00 NZDT

As shared in our previous communications, the staged migration from our Legacy Voice Platform to Lyra is in progress.

During this maintenance window we will begin migrating customers using the peering.2talk.co.nz proxy to the Lyra platform.

Customers using SIP peering should make sure our media IP range 27.111.14.0/24 is allowed on the firewall.

While we do not expect any service disruption, all changes carry some risk of unforeseen issues. If you experience calling problems following the change, please contact Support and provide:

• Account details
• Description of issue
• Affected number(s)
• Call examples (including time and A party and B party)
• Source Public IP address

This information will help us investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
