Planned work is being carried out on one of our BNG’s during this maintenance window. We are moving broadband services to another BNG in preparation for the upgrades. There may be a short switch break as services re-authenticate after the move. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.

Planned work is being carried out to migrate some of our our mobile data sessions to another LNS. We don’t anticipate any issues and mobile sessions should quickly re-authenticate after the change is applied. If any reports of problems do arise after this change please reach out to support via normal channels.
