Scheduled maintenances
Planned work is being carried out to migrate some of our our mobile data sessions to another LNS. We don’t anticipate any issues and mobile sessions should quickly re-authenticate after the change is applied. If any reports of problems do arise after this change please reach out to support via normal channels.
Planned work upstream that will briefly impact services on our Chorus Christchurch handover during this maintenance window. Services on this handover could experience downtime for up to 30 minutes. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.
Past Incidents
The network monitoring remains healthy and no further issues have been reported since the emergency fix was applied @ 9:50am so we’re losing this incident. Any further issues please report via our standard support channels.
