Planned work is being carried out on our TFF Hamilton and Tauranga handovers during this maintenance window. We are moving the services on these handovers to another BNG in preparation for some upgrades. There may be a short switch break as services re-authenticate after the move. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.

During the maintenance window, we will conduct upgrades on the TLS SIP Genesys and Twilio proxies. No service impact is anticipated due to existing redundancy; this is a precautionary notification. If any issues arise, please reach out through standard support channels.
