As outlined in our previous communications, the staged migration from our Legacy Voice Platform to Lyra is about to kick off.

This is a gradual migration affecting customers currently registered to sip.2talk.co.nz. No changes to your SIP proxy or device configuration are required, as customers are being migrated behind the scenes through platform routing changes.

Planned work has been scheduled that will affect our New Plymouth TFF handover. This will likely cause service disruption to broadband connections in the New Plymouth region during the change window. Any service disruption is expected to be limited to a 60 minute period during the change window.

Planned work upstream that will briefly impact services on our Chorus handovers across the country during this maintenance window. Services on this handover could experience downtime for up to 60 minutes. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.
