Planned work upstream that will briefly impact services on our Chorus Taupo handover during this maintenance window. Services on this handover could experience downtime for up to 30 minutes. Please reboot CPE in the event of any issues after the work and contact our support as per normal if there are any problems after this maintenance.

Our voice databases will be migrated to new physical infrastructure. To ensure data integrity throughout the migration, the databases will be taken offline while the work is performed. The maintenance window is expected to last up to two hours. During this time, voice services and some web portal functionality will be unavailable or experience service disruption.

Planned work has been scheduled that will affect our New Plymouth TFF handover. This will likely cause service disruption to broadband connections in the New Plymouth region during the change window. Any service disruption is expected to be limited to a 60 minute period during the change window.
